Director

The Director is responsible for crafting the story of an episode or show. The Director approves all technical aspects as per their effect on creative elements, such as: lighting, talent positioning, sound quality, background composition, visual and shooting style.

  • Experience in written and visual storytelling

  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

  • Ability to work closely with actors

  • Organized and able to solve problems

  • Basic understanding of all departments and how they work together

A combination of demonstrated skills such as time and people management, diplomacy, and knowledge of workplace safety guidelines, union contracts is essential.
