+ Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of setting up, maintaining and closing down the production office. They prepare and distribute all paperwork and coordinate all requirements and needs of principal crew and cast. They coordinate all travel and accommodation, visas, ordering and shipping for the production and other duties as directed by the Production Manager.

+ Assistant Production Coordinator

The Assistant Production Coordinator acts as a general assistant to the Production Coordinator. Duties include typing, filing, answering the telephones, and assisting in maintaining an organized and efficient production office.

+ Trainee Production Coordinator

The Trainee Production Coordinator/Production Secretary works under the direction of the Production Coordinator and the Assistant Production Coordinator.
